Refund Policy

ProWatch Solutions Inc. - Refund Policy

 

1. **Hardware (Camera and Camera Equipment)**:

  • We accept refunds on hardware purchases for cameras and camera equipment given certain criteria as follows:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the hardware must be like new in its original condition and packaging.

    • Refunds for hardware purchases can be requested up to 3 Months of the purchase date.

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the hardware.

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@prowatchsolutions.com.  ProWatch will assist in the exchange with the Camera provider.

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to ProWatch Solutions Inc., will be subject to a refund of the fair market value as calculated by ProWatch Solutions Inc. along with a 20% restocking fee.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your return.

    • Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

2. **Monthly ARMS Services and Camera Subscription fees**:

  • Monthly Subscription fees and any and all subscription fees provided by ProWatch Solutions Inc. are not cancelable during the current month once the service has been used therefore, we do not offer a refund or partial refund of a current month’s subscription fee.

  • If you decide to cancel our monthly services, billing will cease at the end of the current month

 

3. Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund after 15 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at finance@prowatchsolutions.com

 

4. Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the Address noted in the RMA you will receive.

  • Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • ProWatch Solutions Inc. is not responsible for items shipped but not received. please insure your shipment and use a shipping method that provides a verification of delivery
